At the Verzon we are all about championing local produce, from our pedigree Hereford beef through to our locally brewed beer.

In the bar we let the spirits do the talking. Having such an amazing relationship with a product like Chase, we’d be a fool not to make the most of it. Herbs, spices, seasonal fruits, our cocktails follow the seasons.

We believe in Herefordshire farmers and their passion to provide outstanding ingredients. Then it’s up to us to take what’s on our door step and really capture the flavours of Herefordshire.
